Loins- You can have these cut into Crown Loin Roasts or Chops or put into sausage or grind meat.
Hind Quarter- You can have these cut into Steak, Roast, Leg of Lamb, grind meat or sausage.
Front Quarter- You can have these cut into Steak, Roast, grind meat or sausage.
Neck- You can have these cut into Steak, Roast, grind meat or sausage.
Stew- Any of these cuts can be made into stew or kabobs.
Ribs- You can leave these whole, cut into soup bones, grind meat or sausage.
Shanks- These can be sliced, left whole, grind meat or sausage.
Burger- Available in 1, 1.5 and 2lb packs.
Sausage- Available in Bulk in a bag, link fresh, link smoked or sliced patties.
Flavors: Mild, Medium, Hot, Italian, Sweet Italian, Chorizo, Cajun and Maple Brown Sugar. If you want, you can bring in your own seasonings.
**Note: If you want to keep your bones, head, feet or organ meats-please let us know at time of slaughter. If not, they will be discarded.
